What do new windows cost?
The price depends on size, profile, glazing and installation situation. As a guide: a PVC window with mid-range features costs, including RAL installation and depending on size, roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window. Windows made of wood-aluminium are above this, as the material and processing are more complex. We will only give you a binding price after the free on-site survey – this way you avoid surprising extra costs and receive a quote that fits your building in Elze exactly.
Subsidy for your window replacement
The replacement of old windows can be subsidised through the BAFA as a BEG individual measure: 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20%. Eligible costs are up to 30,000 € (with iSFP up to 60,000 €) per residential unit. Important: the application must be submitted before the order is placed, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate the expert; you submit the application together with them – always subject to subsidy approval.
