BAFA subsidy for your window replacement
Replacing old windows can be subsidised by BAFA as a BEG individual measure: 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20%. Costs up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before the order is awarded, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate the expert; you as the owner submit the application together with them – always subject to subsidy approval.
