General Terms and Conditions

These GTC apply to all contracts between VL Innovativbau GmbH, Kirchhorster Straße 1, 31688 Nienstädt (Contractor) and the customer (Client) for the delivery and installation of windows, doors, facades, roofs, and related construction services.

Our offers are non-binding. A contract forms through our written confirmation or by commencement of service. Cost estimates are non-binding unless expressly designated as binding.

All prices in euros plus statutory VAT. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 60% upon delivery, 10% upon acceptance. Payment due within 14 days of invoicing.

Delivery dates are binding only if confirmed in writing. In cases of force majeure, strikes, or official measures, deadlines are extended accordingly.

Warranty follows statutory provisions (§§ 634 ff. German Civil Code). Defects must be reported in writing immediately. Warranty period: five years from acceptance (§ 634a (1) No. 2 BGB).

The Client must accept contractually rendered services within 12 working days after notification of completion.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The Client may terminate per § 648 BGB. The Contractor receives agreed remuneration minus saved expenses.

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective. Last updated: April 2025.
