Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is of particular concern to us.
1. Privacy at a glance
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
The party responsible for data processing on this website is VL Innovativbau GmbH (see section „Responsible party"). We collect data partly when you provide it to us (e.g. via the contact form or the configurator) and partly automatically when you visit the website (in particular technical data such as your browser, operating system or the time of access).
An analysis of your usage behaviour only takes place if you have consented to the analytics services used for this purpose (see sections „Cookies" and „Web analytics").
2. Responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
VL Innovativbau GmbH, Kirchhorster Straße 1, 31688 Nienstädt. Represented by: Vjaceslav Livindjuk. Phone: +49 176 61501641. Email: info@vl-innovativbau.de.
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
3. General information on data processing
We process personal data only in accordance with the statutory provisions (in particular the GDPR, BDSG and TDDDG). Processing is always based on one of the legal bases stated in this declaration.
An analysis of user behaviour only takes place if separately listed analytics or marketing services are used and the required consent has been given.
The provision of personal data is partly required by law or by contract. Without this data, certain functions (e.g. processing an enquiry) may not be available.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The provider of the server infrastructure is:
IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When the website is accessed, technical access data (in particular IP address, technical connection data and server log files) is processed on the servers of the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in providing our website securely, stably and efficiently. Where required, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technical stability, security and error analysis of its website.
The log files are stored only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and are then deleted or anonymised, unless longer storage is required for security reasons.
6. Cookies and consent management
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and cause no harm.
Technically necessary cookies are required for the website to function in its basic form, e.g. to store your cookie choice, for security-relevant functions and for the use of the configurator and – where offered – of shopping cart or ordering functions. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG.
Optional cookies (in particular for statistics and web analytics) are only set if you consent to this via our consent banner. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
For consent management we use our own consent solution operated directly on this website; no external consent management provider is involved. Your choice is stored solely in a first-party cookie (“vl-cookie-consent”) on your device (storage period: 12 months) so that it can be taken into account on future visits. Until you give consent, non-essential scripts, in particular for web analytics, are not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie-Einstellungen” (cookie settings) link in the website footer.
7. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact or enquiry form or the configurator, we process the data you provide. In particular, the following may be processed: name, email address, phone number, message or enquiry text, your chosen contact preference and, where applicable, object- and project-related details (e.g. property address, desired services, configuration data) and technical metadata of the transmission.
The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and carry out pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and additionally Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient handling of enquiries).
Incoming enquiries may be forwarded to the responsible employees for internal processing via technical communication and notification systems. Data is only disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary (see section „Disclosure of data to cooperation partners and specialist firms"). The data remains with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies, you request deletion or statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
8. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your details (e.g. name, contact data and the content of your enquiry) are processed and stored for the purpose of handling your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (effective handling of enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if consent has been given. The data remains with us until the purpose no longer applies or statutory retention periods exist.
9. Protection against spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms against automated entries (spam and abuse) we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile checks whether an entry originates from a human. In doing so, technical data (in particular IP address, browser and device information and interaction data) may be transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated. Turnstile works without the use of classic tracking cookies.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website against abuse. This may involve a transfer of data to Cloudflare servers, including in third countries (USA). Where Cloudflare processes personal data on our behalf, the processing takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
10. Web analytics (only with consent)
For statistical evaluation and improvement of our offering we use web analytics services. These are loaded exclusively after your consent via the consent banner. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, these services are not activated.
Google Analytics 4: the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. According to Google, IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4. Nevertheless, usage data, device information, browser information, approximate location data and interaction data may be processed. This may involve a transfer of data to Google, including in the USA.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.
11. Local fonts
This website uses locally embedded fonts. The font files are delivered directly from our server; no connection is made to the servers of external font providers (e.g. Google Fonts).
12. Disclosure of data to cooperation partners and specialist firms
To process your enquiry, prepare an offer or carry out an order, we pass on your data – where necessary – to selected specialist firms, suppliers and service providers. This applies in particular to our cooperation partner MAIER & PARTNER INNOVATIVBAU, Luheweg 36, 30851 Langenhagen, email: info@mp-innovativbau.de, where its involvement is required for a specific trade.
Only the data necessary for this is transmitted, generally: name, contact data, property address, project and enquiry details and order-related documents.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the disclosure is necessary for the initiation or performance of the contract, and additionally Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient and professional order processing). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
In addition, data may be passed on to tax advisors, authorities or other service providers where this is required by law or necessary for the performance of the contract.
13. External links
Our website may contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on their content or data processing. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content and data protection of linked external pages.
14. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies.
If you assert a justified request for deletion or withdraw consent, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible grounds for storage – in particular statutory retention periods, primarily under commercial and tax law of 6 or 10 years. Where data is required for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, it may be retained until the expiry of the relevant periods.
15. Your rights
Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you have the following rights at any time:
- Right to information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise your rights and for data protection enquiries, please contact us informally using the contact details stated above under „Responsible party".
16. Withdrawal of consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected. You can adjust your consent to optional cookies and web analytics at any time via the cookie settings.
17. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover. Phone: 0511 120-4500. Email: poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de.
18. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser shows „https://". When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
19. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
