What do new windows cost?
We only quote a serious price after the survey – because it depends on profile, glazing, size and installation situation. As a guide: a PVC window with mid-range specification costs, including RAL installation and depending on size, roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window. Wood and wood-aluminium windows are above that. Which glazing (double or triple), which U-value and which sound insulation make sense, we clarify on site. This way you receive a quote with no hidden items – dismantling and disposal of the old elements included.
BAFA subsidy for your windows
Replacing old windows can be subsidised through the BAFA as part of the BEG individual measures: 15% grant, and even 20% with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP). Costs up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible for funding, up to 60,000 € with iSFP. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate this involvement; you submit the application together with the expert – all subject to funding approval.
