Living conservatory
Thermally insulated, heatable and usable all year as a fully-fledged living room — with triple glazing and an energy-efficient structure.

We plan and build conservatories and terrace roofs in glass and aluminium — custom-made for your home in Hannover and Lower Saxony.
A conservatory extends your living space outdoors — all year round or as an airy seasonal solution. We handle planning, structural design, thermal glazing and professional installation from a single source. Custom-made in aluminium or wood-aluminium, matched to the architecture, orientation and use of your home.

Morning coffee in the first sunlight, an evening view of the garden while the rain falls outside: a conservatory creates a room that brings the seasons in without their moods. It becomes a favourite spot for family, plants and quiet hours — bright, sheltered and always in the middle of the green.

Whether a heated living conservatory or an uninsulated summer garden — the construction makes the difference. We rely on thermally insulated aluminium profiles, structurally verified frameworks and triple glazing with a good Ug value. Post-and-beam construction, proper drainage and tight connections to the existing masonry deliver comfort that lasts decades — in any weather.
From an all-year heated living extension to a light roof — we find the right solution for your home.

Thermally insulated, heatable and usable all year as a fully-fledged living room — with triple glazing and an energy-efficient structure.

Uninsulated glass structure as a sheltered transitional room for spring, summer and autumn — ideal as a plant oasis and weather protection.

A filigree aluminium structure with a glass or louvre roof that protects your terrace from rain and sun — glazable on the sides if needed.

Light, sun-flooded glazing for the warm season — airy, quickly installed and openable to the garden at any time.
Completed structures from Hannover and the Lower Saxony region — from terraced-house extensions to spacious living conservatories.

In most cases yes: a conservatory counts as a structural extension and is, depending on the federal state, size and location, usually subject to a building permit. In Lower Saxony, smaller, unheated extensions can be exempt, while larger living conservatories require a permit. We assess your specific case and support you with the necessary documents — please confirm legal certainty bindingly with the responsible building authority.
There is no serious flat rate: the price depends on size, material, glazing, structural design, base and features such as shading or heating. A simple cold conservatory or terrace roof is well below a heated living conservatory. After measuring, we prepare a transparent offer tailored to your project — with no hidden costs.
That depends on the type. A living conservatory is thermally insulated, heatable and fitted with triple glazing — so usable all year as a fully-fledged living room. A cold or summer garden is uninsulated and intended mainly for the warmer months. With the right glazing, ventilation and shading we ensure a pleasant climate instead of summer heat or winter cold.
Both have their strengths. Aluminium is durable, low-maintenance, slim and carries large glass areas — ideal for modern architecture. Wood-aluminium combines a warm wood look inside with weatherproof aluminium outside. For glazing we recommend thermal-protection glass, usually triple glazing for living conservatories. We advise you based on orientation, use and design preference.
The process is divided into free measuring, planning with structural design, a building application if required, fabrication and installation. The installation itself usually takes a few days depending on size; decisive for the overall timeframe are the permit and the delivery time of the fabricated elements. We give you a concrete schedule with the offer.
