Funding for interior doors
Interior doors are not BEG-eligible — but with a comprehensive renovation including thermal envelope, doors can be financed indirectly.
Frequently asked questions about interior doors
Can old frames be reused?+
In good condition often yes — we replace only the door leaf and hinges. If frames are damaged or warped, we replace the complete unit.
How loud is installation?+
Quieter than window replacement. Dismantling and installation take 1–2 hours per door. Suitable while you stay in the apartment.
How is heritage compliance handled?+
For listed buildings we work with original profiles, dimensions and surfaces. Approval by the monument authority needed before order.
Are sliding doors quiet?+
Yes, modern soft-close fittings (e.g. Hettich, Häfele) ensure smooth and quiet operation. Lifetime usually 50,000+ cycles.
