Via the BAFA, a 15% grant is possible, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20% – on eligible costs up to 30,000 € (with iSFP 60,000 €) per residential unit. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert is mandatory. We coordinate this; you submit the application as the owner together with the expert. All information is subject to subsidy approval.
