What do new windows cost?
A serious fixed price can only be quoted after the free on-site survey – it depends on size, profile, glazing and the installation situation. As a guide: a PVC window with mid-range specification costs, including RAL installation and depending on size, roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window. Wood and wood-aluminium profiles are higher. This range does not replace a quote, but gives you an honest frame of reference. You receive the concrete price in writing after the on-site survey.
Subsidy for your new windows
The window replacement can be subsidised via the BAFA as part of the BEG individual measures: 15% grant, or 20% with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP). Costs up to 30,000 € (with iSFP 60,000 €) per residential unit are eligible for funding. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate the process; you, as the owner, submit the application together with the expert – always subject to funding approval.
