What do new windows cost
The price depends on size, profile and glazing. Mid-range PVC windows cost, including RAL installation, roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window depending on dimensions. Wood-aluminium windows are above that, but they are particularly durable and low-maintenance. We only quote a binding price after the free on-site survey – this way you avoid surprises and receive a quote that suits your building. In our view, blanket promises without an on-site survey are not serious.
BAFA subsidy for your windows
Replacing windows is eligible for funding as an individual measure via BAFA/BEG: 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20%. Costs of up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before awarding the contract, and the involvement of an energy-efficiency expert is mandatory. We coordinate the expert; you submit the application as the owner together with them – always subject to subsidy approval.
