BAFA subsidy for your windows
Replacing old windows can be subsidised via the BEG individual measures: 15% grant, 20% with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP). Costs of up to 30,000 € (up to 60,000 € with iSFP) per residential unit are eligible – subject to subsidy approval. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert is mandatory. We coordinate this step; as the owner, you submit the application together with the expert. This way you make proper use of the subsidy right from the start.
