What do new windows cost?
A serious fixed price is only possible after the free on-site survey, because size, profile, glazing, U-value and connection situation determine the price. As a guide: a PVC window with mid-range specifications costs, including RAL-compliant installation and depending on size, roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window. Wood-aluminium constructions are above this. These figures already include delivery, professional installation as well as the removal and disposal of the old windows – there are no hidden items with us. So you know in advance what to expect.
BAFA subsidy for your windows
The replacement of windows is funded through the BEG individual measures with a 15% subsidy; with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) it is 20%. Costs up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and the involvement of an energy-efficiency expert is mandatory.
