What do new windows cost?
We only name a serious price after the free measurement – because it depends on size, profile, glazing and the structural conditions. For initial orientation: a mid-range PVC window including RAL installation costs roughly 600 to 1,400 € per window depending on size. Wood-aluminium windows are higher, but offer longer service life and more design freedom. Especially in older rural stock, the installation matters: professional, airtight fitting determines energy savings and durability – not the window price alone.
Funding for your window replacement
Replacing windows can be funded via BAFA under the BEG individual measures: a 15 % grant, or 20 % with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP). Eligible costs are up to 30,000 € (60,000 € with iSFP) per residential unit. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and an energy-efficiency expert is mandatory. We coordinate this – you submit the application together with the expert. All details are subject to funding approval.
