Replacing windows can be subsidised through the BAFA as part of the BEG individual measures: a 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20%. Costs up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and an energy efficiency expert must be involved. We coordinate this – you submit the application together with the expert. The subsidy is always subject to funding approval.
