Subsidy for your new windows
Replacing old windows can be subsidised via the BAFA/BEG individual measures: a 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20%. Costs of up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible for subsidy, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate this for you – you submit the application together with the expert. All details are subject to subsidy approval.
