You receive a binding fixed-price offer from us and a 10-year warranty on the structure – planned personally on site and installed by our own team, without a subcontractor chain. There is no blanket funding for the terrace roof itself; however, individual energy-efficient components may be eligible, such as thermally insulated glass on a living conservatory or external sun protection within the BEG individual measures programme. We check this individually and only where it applies in a legally sound way.

Living conservatories and larger extensions usually require a permit in Niedersachsen, while smaller terrace roofs are often permit-free. Additional requirements apply in the heritage-protected old town. We clarify the requirements with you before planning begins.
A terrace roof protects against rain and sun but remains open or only partly glazed. A conservatory is glazed all around and – as a living conservatory – thermally insulated and heatable, so usable all year round. We advise you on which variant suits your garden and budget.
After measuring and fabrication, installation usually takes place within a few days. We state the exact timeframe in the fixed-price offer, depending on the foundation and the design.
