Eligible costs are up to €30,000 per residential unit, with iSFP up to €60,000 – in each case subject to subsidy approval. Important: the application must be submitted before the order is placed, and the involvement of an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is mandatory. We coordinate the process; you submit the application as the owner together with the expert.
