BAFA subsidy for your new front door
The replacement of front doors can be subsidised via the BAFA/BEG individual measures: 15% grant, with an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) 20% – subject to subsidy approval. Costs of up to 30,000 € per residential unit are eligible, with iSFP up to 60,000 €. Important: the application must be submitted before the contract is awarded, and an energy efficiency expert must be involved. We coordinate this for you – you submit the application as the owner together with the expert.
