About this project
The drywall project in Nienstädt demanded specialised fire and sound insulation properties. VL-Innovativbau is certified per DIN 4102 for F90 constructions. We installed double GKF planking 12.5 mm + 25 mm filled with 100 kg/m³ mineral wool. Spring-clip decoupling achieves Rw 58 dB sound insulation — confirmed by measurement protocol. All transitions to ceiling and floor were finished with connection foam and fire-protection sealant. The Q3 finish was applied in 3 layers with sanding in between. Documentation: fire safety proof, sound protocol, material test certificates — all provided for site manager sign-off.
