About this project
The interior project in Minden is a good example of our full-renovation capability. VL-Innovativbau handled drywall, flooring, painting, door installation and electrical in coordinated sequence. Before start, a detailed build schedule was agreed with the client, dust barriers and protection doors installed. Drywall partitions reach Rw 45 dB sound insulation, ceilings Q3 surface level. Door frames were finished in MDF RAL 9010 lacquer, vinyl floor click-system laid over impact-sound underlay. All sockets and switches were placed per DIN VDE. Final cleaning was carried out by our cleaning partner — the client could move in turnkey.
